China’s Prince Real Estate plans to invest $250-$300 million in a new project on Norodom Blvd. The new project will begin after the completion of the current condominium project which began last year and is due to be finished in 2018. Li Min, president of Prince Real Estate, said the company had reserved about 100,000 square meters of land to develop the new project in front of the existing property. …
